Inclusion criteria: All infants who are electively included in the surgery list They have parental consent and willingness to cooperate in the study Patients with clean wounds

| The amount of colony count at the surgical site. Timepoint: Immediately after the intervention and one week after the intervention. Method of measurement: After sedation and positioning of the baby, the skin will be cultured from the surgical site with a sterile swab and marked with a label. Sampling is done according to the advice of microbiological experts. Then, for the betadine group, prep will be done by betadine and in a circular manner for 15 seconds and the area will be allowed to dry by itself. After preparation and drying, the culture will be done again from the place with a sterile swab and it will be marked with a label. In the body prep group, body prep will be used for prep and performed in rotation for 15 seconds and allowed to dry on its own. After preparation and drying, the culture will be done again from the place with a sterile swab and it will be marked with a label.
