Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a bachelor's degree in nursing Medium and low emotional intelligence Employment in the emergency department for at least three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete filling in the questionnaire

Emotional quotient. Timepoint: Evaluating the emotional quotient of Nurses in Taleghani and Imam Reza Hospitals at the beginning of the study. Method of measurement: Based on Bard- On questionnaire.

MeasureTime frame
Violence. Timepoint: the emotion intelligence and the violence questionnaire will be complete in nurses of Taleghani and Imam Reza hospitals at the beginning of the study and after intervention and two month after end of intervention. Method of measurement: Modified Workplace Violence Questionnaire.
