Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ready to participate in the study Women aged 18 to 35 years old Regular menstruation with a length of 21 to 35 days from six months ago Proof of PMS moderate in the questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation Physical illnesses like thyroid disease or anemia in history or paraclinic mental illness with taking medication Use of hormonal drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, anticoagulants and supplements Stressful events from the three months before the study Drug use for PMS two months before the study
