Intervention 1: Intervention group: In each patient, one side will undergo surgery using salcolar flap with distal extension with osteotomy by BW method. Intervention 2: Control group: In each patient

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients candidate for surgery of impacted third molar in bone (level C) Age between 18 to 35 years Both sides are affected symmetrically

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Crestal bone over teeth less than 1 mm thick Distally impacted mandibular molar The distance of crown of tooth to second molar root less than 2 mm Patients with systemic diseases or receiving cortocosteroids
