Conditions

Sleep quality. Disorders of initiating and maintaining sleep [insomnias]

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: must use Jujube 250 mg oral capsules twice a day
each morning and night for 3 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Use placebo 250 mg oral capsules twice a day
each morning and night for 3 weeks.

45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Passed at least one year since the last menstruation after normal menopause Earn a score of at least 5 and more according to the Pittsburgh questionnaire Aged between 45 and 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking other hormonal and herbal medicines Taking medications that affect sleep (diuretics, sedation, analgesics, antidepressants) Tobacco and alcohol consumption
