Intervention 1: Intervention group: viola odarata syrup. 0.5 cc per kg per day. Intervention 2: Control group: Polyethylene Glycol solution .0.5 gr per kg per day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of two or fewer defecations in the toilet per week At least one episode of fecal incontinence per week History of retentive posturing or excessive volitional stool retention History of painful or hard bowel movements Presence of large fecal mass in the rectum History of large diameter stools that may obstruct the toilet
