Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with kidney stones larger than 2 cm are candidates for PCNL Patients with age range 18 to 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Without written informed consent Patients with uncorrected coagulation disorders
