Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3 to 24 months of age Clinical diagnosis of Bronchiolitis RSS=5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational age less than 35 weeks History of neonatal intubation Current or previous diagnosis of bronchopulmonary dysplasia Immunodeficiency, Cystic fibrosis Family or personal history of atopy and recurrent wheezing with possible underlying asthma Congenital heart defects Neuromuscular disease Airway foreign body Receiving corticosteroids within the past 24 hours Initial oxygen saturation below 85% on room air. Unstable patients and urgent need for ICU transfer Respiratory support during hospitalization Respiratory severity score Rubric (RSS) <5. Possible presence of pneumonia based on Ral auscultation or chest radiography.
