Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working in Intensive care units, Minimum degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Having satisfaction to participate in research, Having at least 6 months work experience in the intensive care unit,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Unwillingness to continue cooperation; Not to be participated in the training session of Correct procedure for tracheal suctioning; Transfering from the intensive care units to other departments or long-term leave during the research;
