Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in the study have a bachelor's degree or a nursing masters have completed the informed consent form of the study have at least six months of work experience in the intensive care unit People have not participated in workshops related to the topic of education in the past 6 months The section of the nurses studied has not changed during the research period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The section of the nurses studied change during the research period People do not participate in the workshop Unwillingness of people to collaborate in planning and refusing to participate in research
