Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working at the emergency department of Imam Khomeini Hospital, with at least two years of work experience not participatin in the training courses associated with the evidence - based workshop or similar cases Having a contribution to the CPR team The willingness to participate in the study and to signing the written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not participating in the CPR team Participate in evidence-based workshop meetings over one meeting
