Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 18 and 45 years Menstrual bleeding of more than 80 cc per menstrual cycle, based on the higham chart Regular menstrual cycle 21 days to 42 days Ability to read and write
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with ovarian cysts Endometrial polyp Neoplastic disorders Presence of chronic disease (blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, kidney, liver, cardiovascular disorders, thyroid problems) Taking anticoagulant medication Smoking and alcohol consumption Abnormal endometrial thickness detected by ultrasound Taking hormonal contraceptives History of cancer in the first-degree family Known uterine fibroids larger than 3 cm (submucosal and intramural types) Sumac sensitivity and allergy Following a specific diet within the past 3 months Very severe bleeding requiring hospitalization
