Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women over 35 years old Diagnosing one of the types of urinary incontinence using the QUID questionnaire Literacy Lack of simultaneous participation in other similar studies Not taking medications related to urinary incontinence control Absence of structural problems leading to urinary incontinence
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who use medication for incontinence Structural problems leading to urinary incontinence
