Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Membership in the Red Crescent Society (In 2025) Willingness to participate in the study Age over 15 years Lack of employment in nursing and emergency medical fields Minimum 9th grade education Participating in all educational and briefing sessions and attending the final exam session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in similar training programs History of any training and work in the field of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (basic and advanced)

The quality score of performing basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Red Crescent volunteers according to A r if Onan's checklist. Timepoint: After the intervention - measuring and comparing the quality score of the implementation of basic cardiorespiratory resuscitation in Red Crescent volunteers after the intervention in two methods of using the simulated dispatcher and using the step-by-step resuscitation software. Method of measurement: According to A r if Onan's basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill observation checklist.;Knowledge (basic) of the research participants on cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
