Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 Diabetes Melitus patient with at least 5 years and maximum 10 years involvment Fast Blood Suger between 110-150 Oral glucose tolerance test more than 200 mg percent 7% < HbA1c <9% Michigan questionniar score between 4 – 7 score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: insulin dependent engaged in special exercises regularly and professionally up to 6 months before entering the study Without high blood pressure disease addicted to addictive substances and alcohol central and peripheral neurological disease orthopedic diseases retinopathy foot ulcers renal, hepatic, respiratory, cardiac failure hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism
