Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with staghorn calculus candidate for percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: renal failure creatinine more than 15 consumption of vitamin E, Aspirin and warfarin
