Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver proved by clinical and laboratory examinations and imaging of their disease. All patients with fatty liver, which, despite the normal ultrasound examination, have only increased liver enzymes, it is not a drug and viral and genetic diseases, and fibroscan has a high capscore score (an estimated percentage of fat in the liver). Having another liver disease or any chronic disease that affects the function or histology of the liver All patients have to undergo initial examinations Not having a history of regular exercise before starting treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have started using other therapies during the study are excluded from the study. Patients who refrain from continuing treatment during the study Patients who refuse diagnostic tests during the study The occurrence of any new condition or disorder that may interfere with the outcome of the patient's assessments Taking alcohol or drugs that affect the liver
