Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A intellectual disability Being in the group Educational intellectual disability (50-75) Age range 16-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having regular exercise history Severe musculoskeletal abnormalities Use of certain medications that can interfere with motor function

Balance Evaluation Systems Test scores. Timepoint: Measurement of Balance Evaluation Systems Test scores before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Collection of Balance Evaluation test systems.;Walking kinematics parameters. Timepoint: Measurement of Walking Kinematic Parameters before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Motion analyzer.;Fear of falling questionnaire score. Timepoint: Measurement of Fear of falling before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaires fear of falling.
