Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 and above Have reading and writing skills Not attending in similar studies Having a willingness to participate in the study Passed at least 6 months after diagnosis of the disease Knowledge of the diagnosis of breast cancer Not having a disability or a physical and mental illness that prevents the presence of the affected person Patients undergo breast surgery and chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than one session in spiritual intervention sessions

Hope score. Timepoint: Measure the amount of hope at the beginning of the intervention and 14 days after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Omid Snyder Questionnaire.;Comfort score.
