Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group:morphine 0.05mg / kg and ketamine IV 0.3 mg / kg. Intervention 2: Control group: Morphine 0.1 mg / kg and placebo 5 cc IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychosis cardiovascular disease open globe injuries severe head trauma RR<60/min

Blood pressure. Timepoint: Before injection, 10, 20 and 30 minutes later. Method of measurement: Manometer( pressure gauge).;Heart rate. Timepoint: Before injection, 10, 20 and 30 minutes later. Method of measurement: Count.;Respiratory rate. Timepoint: Before injection, 10, 20 and 30 minutes later. Method of measurement: Count.;Oxygen saturation level. Timepoint: Before injection, 10, 20 and 30 minutes later. Method of measurement: Pulse oximetry.;Patient Satisfaction. Timepoint: 30 minutes after injection. Method of measurement: 4-level Likert table.
