Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Synbiotic supplement contains 6 probiotic microorganisms: 5 species of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium
Maltodextrin powder Sachet
2 times a day (one hour before lunch and dinner, dissolved in a glass of water) for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to cooperate within the project Having dyslipidemia (imbalance of blood lipids or serum lipoproteins include cholesterol or low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) or triglycerides or high-density lipoprotein (HDL)) Having triglyceride in the range of 200-400 mg/dl and LDL-C in the range of 130-190 mg/dl Adult men with aged 25 to 60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to cooperate within the project Shift working Frequent missions or trips outside the province Using chemical or herbal lipid-lowering drugs Familial dyslipidemia Having chronic diseases such as Coronary heart disease, Chronic kidney disease , Cirrhosis Cancers , Endocrine disease (e.g. diabetes, goiters) , some gastrointestinal disease ,malignancies autoimmunity, allergies Adherence to a special diet Significant weight loss or weight gain in the last 6 months Taking dietary supplements of antioxidants, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics in the last 6 months Smoking and alcohol and drug abuse
