Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 to 40 years mild to moderate periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any kind of Systemic diseases Pregnancy and lactation Tobacco consumption Use antibiotics from 6 months ago to 12 months after treatment
