Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Inflammatory factors. Timepoint: At the begining and the end of week 8. Method of measurement: The serum hs-CRP concentration was determined using enzyme linked immune sorbent assay.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Lipid profiles. Timepoint: At the begining and the end of week 8. Method of measurement: The serum lipids was measured auto-analyzer with Pars Azmoon kits.;Dialysis adequacy. Timepoint: At the begining and the end of week 8. Method of measurement: Dialysis adequacy based on Kt/V index was determined for each patient at baseline by a Kt/V calculator software using information recorded in patient files, including pre dialysis blood urea nitrogen (BUN) concentration, post dialysis BUN, the dialysis session length, post dialysis.
