Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have informed written consent to participate in the research.2. Gestational age based on LMP or ultrasound of the first half of pregnancy is between 14-10 weeks.3. Have a fasting blood sugar between 125-93.4. The body mass index is less than 30.5. Iranian and resident of Mashhad.6. Have at least fifth grade elementary education.7. Be able to communicate verbally.8. Pregnancy is monogamous9. Do not have cigarette and drug addiction.10. Do not use metformin pills and other blood glucose lowering drugs11. There is no history of medical illness.12. Failure to have a significant incident during the preceding three months13. During the past year, there is no history of referral to a psychiatrist or psychologist, taking medication or hospitalization due to mental illness.14. There is no high risk pregnancy.15. There are no midwifery problems.16. Due to underlying illness, it has not been used consistently with glucocorticoid drugs17. Phone number to call.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwillingness to continue to attend research2. Fasting blood glucose more than 93 and blood sugar two hours later food more than 120, two weeks after intervention3. Major stressful incidents during research4. Not attending any of the training sessions5. Participate in classes with similar content6. Occurrence of pregnancy-related complications7. During the study, the child was born or aborted.
