Inclusion criteria: In the institution of well-being Girls under review will be required to provide information they need Aged 14-18 years old

Exclusion criteria: Take part in other training and consulting sessions simultaneously Severe psychiatric disorders are affected The person is currently receiving another psychological treatment Evidence is based on the presence of a medical condition that requires treatment.
