Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes suffering from restless leg syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to do stretching exercises for any reason mental disease take medications controlling restless leg syndrome addiction history of participation in stretching workshops Exercise is a part of the everyday life of the person. Wound infection and serious complication in the legs vascular disorders in lower extremities Peripheral neuropathy in the legs Vascular disorders in lower extremities
