Intervention 1: Patient examination and diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction with protocol 247 and receiving an electrocardiogram by a tele cardiogram in the pre-hospital and sent to an emergency

Inclusion criteria: patients with Chest pain Age older than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Resuscitation or death of the patient during transfer Denial of the patient or the willingness of the intervention group to refer to another hospital outside the scope of the study
