Intervention 1: Intervention group: 35 fibromyalgia patients who meets the inclusion criteria will be treated with 20-minute balneotherapy program five days a week for a total of 15 sessions at 42±1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-50 years old female primer fibromyalgia diagnosed according to ACR 2016 diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smoking pregnancy and lactation postmenopausal period endocrine / rheumatic disease renal and cardiovascular disease presence of active infection history of malignancy using antioxidant, antidepressant, lipid lowering drug had been treated for fibromyalgia in the last 3 months (drugs, balneotherapy, exercise therapy, etc...) previous surgery in the last one year

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Oxidant and antioxidant status. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 15 sessions of balneotherapy (after 3 weeks). Method of measurement: Using an automated measurement method (Rel assay diagnostics kits).;Pain intensity. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 15 sessions of balneotherapy (after 3 weeks). Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale (VAS).;Quality of life. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 15 sessions of balneotherapy (after 3 weeks). Method of measurement: Short Form 36 (SF-36).;Functional status in people with fibromiyalgia. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 15 sessions of balneotherapy (after 3 weeks). Method of measurement: Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ).;Severity of depression. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 15 sessions of balneotherapy (after 3 weeks). Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory (BDI).
