Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with definite ESRD diagnosis refer to dialysis centers for hemodialysis dialysis-induced itching
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of itching due to skin problems before kidney failure Patients with systemic diseases like malignancy, cholestasis, hepatitis The patient with hemoglobin less than 10 K(dialyzer clearance of urea)T(dialysis time)/V( volume of distribution of urea ) index less than 1.2
