Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis based on established Roach and Sparagana criteria Age range 1 to 18 years Written and informed consent from parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of active infection or symmetrical and bilateral skin lesions on the face Timolol drug interactions with the patient's medications (if taking another drug) History of timolol allergy History of other angioedema lesions in the past year Suffering from asthma

MeasureTime frame
Healing of skin lesions. Timepoint: Before, one, two and three months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Based on Global Improvement Index and before and after face photos.;The severity of facial angiofibroma. Timepoint: Before, one, two and three months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Facial angiofibromas severity index(FASI) score.;Child or parent satisfaction. Timepoint: Before, one, two and three months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
