Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 30 to 60 years Definitive diagnosis of nasal polyps that did not respond to long-term treatment with nasal steroid (3 months) Patient satisfaction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with seasonal allergies With upper and lower respiratory infections Taking corticosteroid for 2 weeks before starting the study
