Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 30 to 60 years Definitive diagnosis of nasal polyps that did not respond to long-term treatment with nasal steroid (3 months) Patient satisfaction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with seasonal allergies With upper and lower respiratory infections Taking corticosteroid for 2 weeks before starting the study

Quality of life. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: 36-item Quality of Life Questionnaire.;Feeling uncomfortable in the face. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: ICSD score (including pain and pressure items on face, headache, nasal obstruction, olfactory disorder).;Eosinophilic Polyp Discharge Rate. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Perform a biopsy of the patient's polyp.;Serum IgE level. Timepoint: Before and after intervention.
