Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 50 years Anyone who need a corrective or rhinoplasty operation for the first time after examination by surgeon Candidate for septorhinoplasty for one turn
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Demonstrate any allergic disorders during the procedure History of coagulopathies History of taking anticoagulants History of high blood pressure History of taking antihypertensive drugs Addicted to drugs
