Interventions

Intervention group: Includes 12 students from the 10th grade students of the Neyshabur city. For 10 sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy, a single test was performed on them.

Inclusion criteria: All of the students who received a score of over 36 in the MARS math anxiety scales and had math anxiety All of the students 10th grade in Neyshabur city

MeasureTime frame
A person's score in Gambler and Richie's Expression Questionnaire. Timepoint: Twice within 10 days. Method of measurement: Fear ladder.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
A score higher than 36 in the MARS Math Anxiety Scale. Timepoint: Every three days. Method of measurement: Anxiety Thermometer and Fear Ladder.
