Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclination to participate in the study Lack of smoking and alcohol Confirmation of gestational diabetes mellitus with routine testing Singleton pregnancy Pregnant women between 18 to 40 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with insulin-dependent gestational diabetes Pair discontinuities and membrane premature rupture Occurrence of preeclampsia and hypothyroidism and urinary tract infection smokers Patients with liver or kidney disease People receiving estrogen medications Unwillingness to continue the study People who need insulin therapy during the study Failure to follow the intervention designed for study (no use of assigned cake for a total of less than 80% predicted or more than 3 consecutive days)
