Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Senior aged 60 years old living in Sanandaj Willing to cooperate in the study (complete written informed consent by the elder or his companion)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental illness and disability due to old age so that they can not answer questions.
