Inclusion criteria: Pre-diabetic people Age of 30 to 75 years Resident of Hovizeh
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute or chronic comorbidities such as mental illness, mental retardation, chronic infectious disease (tb), or motor disability
