Inclusion criteria: All patients with obesity hypoventilation syndrome

Exclusion criteria: Central hypoventilation renal failure Hypothyroidism

MeasureTime frame
Heart Rate Variability. Timepoint: Before treatment, and at least 3 months after using noninvasive ventilation. Method of measurement: Holter monitoring.
