Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemodialysis patients undergoing hemodialysis for at least three months Hemodialysis 3 times per week for each session for 4 hours Age over 18 years old IDWG> 5.7% of their dry weight Being independent of everyday activities (such as walking and eating without help) Satisfied to participate in the study Have the ability to understand the questions or at least to read and write literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental or cognitive impairment Use antidepressant medication Their depression score is less than 4 Unwillingness to participate in studying or continuing to participate in any of the educational intervention stages Impaired mobility

In this research, the treatment of adherence to treatment is a score that a person extracts from a quadruple compliance questionnaire (diet, fluid restriction, medication and weekly dialysis program). Timepoint: Before the intervention, one and three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: End Stage Renal Disease - Adherence Questionnaire.
