Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experience in the emergency department for at least one year Willingness and informed consent to participate in the study Having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of participating in refresher courses or workshops related to stress management, stress coping styles in the past 6 months Occurrence of any adverse event in the past six months (death of loved ones, death threats, divorce, severe physical injury or sexual assault of oneself or a close relative) based on nurses' statements History of psychiatric disorders based on nurses' self-statement Occurrence of any adverse event in the past six months (death of loved ones, divorce, etc.) based on nurses' statements Having managerial roles (Head nurse and Clinical supervisor)
