Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary diagnosis of Social Anxiety Disorder at least 18 years of age at least middle-school education consent for participation in the study Not receiving psychological treatment last year No drug use in the last six months Not having a primary diagnosis of mood disorders and other anxiety disorders Lack of substance abuse and alcohol abuse, somatization and psychotic and conversion disorders Absence of complete criteria for personality disorder, except for avoidance personality disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of consent for participation simultaneously participating in other therapeutic programs

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of social anxiety, Quality of life. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 12 sessions intervention and one month after intervention (follow up). Method of measurement: Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Acceptance and Action, Cognitive Fusion, Valued Living. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 12 sessions intervention and one month after intervention (follow up). Method of measurement: questionnaire.
