Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over the past six months, they have not consumed any supplements or medications It does not exclude any history of common chronic health problems and diseases, such as respiratory, metabolic, cardiovascular, renal and hepatic diseases/ Age 35-45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: being an athlete unwilling to participate in research Failure of the doctor to participate in the research

MeasureTime frame
Strength and Jump / ALT / LDL-VLDL-CHOL. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after 8 weeks of supplementation and exercise. Method of measurement: Blood sampling/Exercise laboratory and field methods.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Lipid profile and liver enzyme levels and fitness test records. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and after 8 weeks of supplemental support and exercise. Method of measurement: Blood sampling / Laboratory methods / Sports field methods.
