Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male gender, Age 35 to 40 years, inactive, No history of cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal diseases No use of supplements affecting aerobic performance in the past three months, No medical contraindication to exercise,Inactive not an athlete No allergy to beetroot, No use of sports supplements or weight loss drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being an athlete Supplement use, Smoking

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome of of aerobic performance. Timepoint: 24 hours before the start of the exercise protocol and supplement (after confirming health and obtaining a health questionnaire and written consent), and 24 hours after the last session of the protocol and supplement. Method of measurement: Body Analyzer(InBody 270 made in Korea) ? Treadmill Device(COSMED Quark CPET model).;Metabolic and physiological indicators (blood pressure, heart rate). Timepoint: 24 hours before the start of the exercise protocol and supplement (after confirming health and obtaining a health questionnaire and written consent) and 24 hours after the last session of the protocol and supplement. Method of measurement: Body Analyzer(InBody 270 made in Korea) ? Treadmill Device(COSMED Quark CPET model).
