Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inactive in the last year. Volunteer to participate in the study Not taking any medication or supplements in the past 6 months smoking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being female, Aged 20 to 35 years.

MeasureTime frame
Muscular strength: The Bezriski test will be used to measure the girls' maximal strength. This equation is used for submaximal repetitions (less than 10 repetitions). Timepoint: Before and after the training period. Method of measurement: According to the equation {(repetition × 0.0278) -1.0278) ÷ weight lifted in kilograms = one repetition maximum} their maximum strength will be estimated.;Insulin resistance: Measurement of insulin resistance levels will be done by taking blood samples at two time intervals and analyzing them using the HEMA formula. Timepoint: Before and after the training period. Method of measurement: HOMA-IR= [fasting glucose (mmol/L) ×fasting insulin(mU/L) /22.5].;Insulin: Serum insulin levels will be measured using an ELISA laboratory method and a special kit. Timepoint: Before and after the training period. Method of measurement: ELISA laboratory method and Monobind kit made in the USA with catalog number (Cat. No: 5825-300A) and sensitivity (µIU/mL 0.75) and intra-assay coefficient of variation (Intra-Assay: CV<8%) and inter-assay coefficient of variation (Inter-Assay: CV<9.8%).;Lipid profile: Measurement of serum LDL levels and serum HDL levels using special kits. Timepoint: Before and after the training period. Method of measurement: Serum LDL levels will be measured using a Pars Azmoun Company kit with a sensitivity of 1 mg/dL. The intra-assay coefficient of variation of this kit was 0.67% and its inter-assay coefficient of variation was 1.45%. Serum HDL levels will be measured using a Pars Azmoun Company kit with a sensitivity of 1 mg/dL. The intra-assay coefficient of variation of this kit was 0.82% and its inter-assay coefficient of variation was 1.08%.
