18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 45 years old Stages 2, 3 and 4 endometriosis (Laparoscopic diagnosis) Complaint of moderate to severe pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea for more than 3 consecutive months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mild pain (number 1-3) Causes of pelvic pain other than endometriosis Current malignancy or history of malignancy Uterine myoma PID Ovarian cyst Pregnancy Ischemic heart disease Kidney and liver failure Regular users of antidepressants and anticonvulsants Regular users of alcohol and drugs.
