Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expression of genes related to oocyte quality in follicular fluid. Timepoint: Measurement is performed immediately after ovulation stimulation and puncture. Method of measurement: Polymerase chain reaction.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Oxidative stress parameters in follicular fluid. Timepoint: Measurement is performed immediately after ovulation stimulation and puncture. Method of measurement: Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Assay Kit & Total Antioxidant Capacity(TAC) Assay Kit.
