Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle aged women 30 - 45 years old married have a child or more have a normal birth history that is more at risk for pelvic prolapse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with proven pelvic prolapse and chronic diseases include high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal psychiatric patients with a history of drug therapy
