Intervention 1: Intervention group: Use latex as membrane at vertical bone loss in GTR. Intervention 2: Control group: Use bioguide membrane in GTR at intraoral other side the same patient.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe periodontitis At least exist two vertical bone loss No periodontal treatment 6 month ago Avoiding the use of drugs affecting periodontal and bone metabolism Lack of Systemic disease that effected Periodontium or Intervention to healing Lack of Systemic disease that effected bone loss Smokeless

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to cooperate Failure of follow up

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical improvement by latex as barrier membrane. Timepoint: before surgery and 3 months follow up. Method of measurement: clinical parameter and radiographic.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Radiographic improvement of bone defect. Timepoint: Before surgery and 3 months follow up. Method of measurement: Graded ruler.
