Intervention 1: Intervention group: Acceptance and commitment self-care training is done in 8 sessions from 9 to 10:30 in the morning on even days, 2 times a week according to the schedule by a clinic

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least one year has passed since the diagnosis of schizophrenia in the patients Caregivers are responsible for the care of the schizophrenic patient Caregivers must be 18 years of age or older Caregivers should be literate Caregivers be able to speak Persian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to participate in the study Caregivers have a psychiatric disorders Consumption of psychiatric drugs by the caregiver
