Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a willingness to participate in the study Female sex Age group is 18-70 years old Having a mild to moderate anxiety Being at zero, one or two cancer intermediate Education and higher education

Exclusion criteria: use of psychological drugs Participate in similar training sessions
