Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 16-55 years with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Having at least third degree Not having mental disorders such as major depressive disorder and anxiety disorder in the past six months (using available information in the case) To be willing to participate in this research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being in the acute phase of the disease Previous experience in meta-cognitive skills training based -on mindfulness classes No consent to attend training sessions
